Definitions

Booking

2.2 You are responsible for selecting a vehicle of appropriate size to accommodate all passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee the carriage of excessive luggage. Please note that each child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.

2.3 Requests for wheelchair accessibility must be made at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Quotations provided by Bexhill On Sea Airport Transfers are based on information furnished by you. Unless otherwise specified, prices exclude VAT, which will be charged additionally if applicable. In the event of substantial itinerary changes, we reserve the right to adjust the quoted price.

3.2 Our quotation includes a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and covers airport parking fees. Any waiting time beyond this will be subject to our standard waiting rate. While we endeavor to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon acceptance of our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Bexhill On Sea Airport Transfers of any discrepancies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any damage or soiling of the vehicle by passengers may incur cleaning charges.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

4.3 Child passengers must be appropriately restrained based on height, weight, and age.

4.4 We are bound by licensing and insurance regulations regarding passenger capacity.

Cancellations

5.1 If you need to cancel your booking with Bexhill On Sea Airport Transfers, please notify us immediately. Cancellations made after dispatch may incur charges based on the distance covered by the driver up to the point of cancellation.

5.2 Cancellation charges may apply if you cancel a booking made through our online system before dispatch.

Liability

6.1 While we strive to ensure timely arrivals, we cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control. Bexhill On Sea Airport Transfers bears no responsibility for any losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.5 Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if the safety of our vehicle or driver is compromised by you or any passenger. No refunds will be issued for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 Bexhill On Sea Airport Transfers may subcontract its obligations outlined in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information per the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Bexhill On Sea Airport Transfers and yourself.

8.5 No provision in these terms and conditions is intended to confer benefits upon a third party unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Disputes

Any disputes or claims must be submitted within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Bexhill On Sea Airport Transfers reserves the right to reject claims or disputes made after this timeframe.
